About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to support an individual with Autism and mental health difficulties.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily living support and encourage independence in tasks such as household chores, money management, and using public transport.
  • Accompany the individual to social clubs and events to build communication skills and relationships with peers.
  • Develop and maintain a trusting relationship built on understanding and empathy.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting individuals with Autism and mental health needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good timekeeping and reliability.

Salary: £14 - £16 per hour, depending on experience.

About the Location: The role is based in the CB23 area.
