Salary Range:

£26,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on location), inclusive of additional benefits.

Job Description:

This role involves providing day-to-day support to individuals with complex needs, ensuring their safety, dignity and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individual support plans, promoting independence and empowering service users.
  • Maintain effective communication with service users, families and colleagues, respecting confidentiality where necessary.
  • Support daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation and domestic duties.

Requirements:

  • Health and Social Care Diploma or willingness to work towards one.
  • Experience supporting vulnerable adults with challenging behaviours or complex needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
