Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Performance: Deliver exceptional sales results by driving store KPIs and leveraging data to inform and engage the team.
  • Customer Focus: Foster a customer-centric ethos among the team, ensuring everyone works collaboratively to deliver an outstanding in-store experience.
  • Empower and Lead: Motivate and lead the retail store team, supporting and developing colleagues to excel in their roles.
  • Visual Merchandising: Wow customers with stunning visual displays, showcasing our beautiful collections.
  • Exceptional Organisation: Develop a clear vision for delivering store objectives, delegate effectively, and uphold processes and procedures for a safe and structured work environment.
