As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in providing financial services and proactive business support to Clinical and Corporate Business Units.

Responsibilities:

* Provide financial services and proactive business support to Clinical and Corporate Business Units.
* Lead on the month-end process and provide variance analysis under the leadership of the Finance Manager.
* Provide advice and guidance to the Financial Management Accountants to improve month-end processes and ensure accurate ledger recordings.
* Attend meetings with key budget holders to review the finance position and establishment.
* Provide costings and finance data to various stakeholders.
* Deputise for the Finance Manager.

Requirements:

* Significant experience in all aspects of financial reporting, planning and control.
* Production of Statutory Accounts.
* Technical accounting knowledge.
* Ability to present complex financial data to non-finance professionals.
* Confident in dealing with people.
