Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Performance: Deliver exceptional sales results by driving store KPIs and using data to inform and engage the team.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Foster a customer-focused ethos among the team, ensuring everyone works collaboratively to deliver an outstanding in-store experience.
  • Empower and Lead: Motivate and lead the retail store team, supporting and developing colleagues to excel in their roles.
  • Visual Merchandising: Wow our customers with stunning VM in-store, making our gorgeous collections the stars of the show.
  • Operational Excellence: Have a clear vision for delivering store objectives, delegate effectively, and uphold all processes and procedures for a structured and safe work environment.
