Job Title: HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Reed. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department in fostering a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job adverts to screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
  • Provide support on HR-related matters, including employee inquiries and payroll processing.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • CIPD qualification is essential.
  • Proven experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
