HR Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Reed. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department in fostering a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Records Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
- HR Support: Provide support to employees on HR-related matters, including answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Compliance and Policy: Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies, and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Payroll and Benefits: Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- HR Projects: Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
- CIPD Qualification: Essential.
- HR Experience: Proven experience in an HR administrative role.
- HR Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
