A reputable brand based in Bournemouth, Dorset is seeking a part-time HR Administrator to join their small HR team on a temporary basis until June 2025. The successful candidate will provide strong administrative support, contribute to the team's strategy, and implement new initiatives to drive the department forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide first-line support on HR queries, including contracts, policies, and pensions.
  2. Coordinate recruitment activities, including drafting job ads and managing staff requisitions.
  3. Handle the new starter process, from offers to onboarding and payroll setup.
  4. Ensure compliance with right-to-work checks, references, and certifications.
  5. Maintain up-to-date documents, systems, and reporting (e.g., payroll, sickness, surveys).
  6. Support training, reward, and recognition activities, including STAR awards and salary reviews.
  7. Assist with benefits administration, invoice coordination, and intranet updates.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in a HR role.
  2. Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail.
