HR Administrator Role

Location: Poole

Salary: £13.00ph

Job Type: Part time, temporary, flexible with the hours

We are seeking a CIPD Qualified HR Administrator to support our HR department in fostering a positive and productive workplace. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, detail-oriented, and passionate about HR.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  2. Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job adverts to screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
  3. Provide HR-related support to employees, including answering inquiries and resolving issues.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  5. Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  6. Collaborate with the HR team on projects aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.

Applicants should have proven experience in an HR administrative role, strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation, and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
