We are seeking a highly skilled HSQE Advisor to join our team at Page Group. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the company's compliance with UK law and best practice standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and update the IMS system for all relevant HSQE information.
  • Support the development and implementation of HSQE documentation, policies & procedures, risk assessments, accident investigations, internal audits, and induction training.
  • Coordinate and review HSQE training requirements across the organisation.
  • Ensure that audits and inspections are documented.
  • Oversee the provision of PPE to direct labour employees.
  • Ensure all statutory obligations around service and maintenance of plant and equipment are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the Health & Safety requirements of Building and facilities and support the Estates Manager where applicable.
  • Maintain the Valto document control system - liaise with Freedom Fibre managers to ensure that the system remains compliant.
  • To assist with scheduling meetings and documenting minutes.
  • Support the HSQE department in meeting the needs and expectations of the construction phase in accordance with the CDM regulations etc.
  • To work with contractors and employers to ensure that a safe environment is always maintained.
Requirements
  • Nebosh Certificate - General or Construction
  • ISO accreditation training / experience (lead auditor, general awareness)
