Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects that align with fund objectives.
  • Operational Support: Provide support with various operational tasks, including legal and regulatory compliance and managing third-party relationships.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare complex reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, analysing data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing company events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Special Projects: Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed, including expansion efforts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Economics, Business, or Finance).
  • 1-4 years of experience in a high-performance role (e.g., consulting, law firm, investment bank, or tech startup).
  • Strong ability to manage and analyse complex data; detail-oriented with excellent comprehension skills.
  • Highly flexible and willing to take on diverse tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated, resilient, and proactive; embraces a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality and eager to grow alongside a fast-evolving VC fund.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
