About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our CMC department. As a Process Development Scientist, you'll be responsible for conducting experiments, generating high-quality data, and executing commercial process development projects from small-scale optimization to pre-GMP pilot batch scales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute experiments to optimize DNA manufacturing processes
  • Generate and analyze high-quality data to support commercial operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process development and implementation
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and validation protocols
Requirements
  • MSc in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of industrial experience in CMC or process development
  • Strong background in biochemistry and bioprocessing techniques
  • Familiarity with chromatography, tangential flow filtration, and standard molecular biology techniques
