At Touchlight, we're revolutionizing the field of genetic medicine by harnessing the power of enzymatic DNA synthesis. As a Process Development Scientist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute experiments to optimize DNA manufacturing processes
  • Develop and implement commercial process development projects from small scale optimization to pre-GMP pilot batch scales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process development with production and research
  • Support protein development, MSAT, platform development, and product development teams as needed
Requirements:
  • MSc in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Protein Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of industrial experience in CMC/Process Development, preferably in a Biotech and/or CDMO environment
  • Strong industry background in biochemistry and familiarity with bioprocessing techniques
