About the Role

We are a leading legal firm based in Gateshead, offering a range of services to individuals and businesses across the North East.

We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary and Administrator to join our team in a busy department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage initial client contact, providing quotes and opening new files.
  2. Coordinate paperwork and liaise with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors.
  3. Deliver exceptional service to clients, keeping them informed throughout the process.
  4. Utilize our case management system for maximum efficiency.
  5. Attend training sessions as required to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  6. Evaluate and escalate any client dissatisfaction to your line manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Conveyancing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to work efficiently under pressure

Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
