Job Title: PIA Blockage Coordinator

Job Summary:

As a PIA Blockage Coordinator at United Living Group, you will be responsible for reviewing and submitting A55's for blockages found to Openreach across all opportunities. You will gather all photo evidence needed to submit to Openreach correctly first time, update Openreach Systems, and access the PIA Criteria Portal with requests for areas of work. You will also track and report the progression of orders, working closely with the PIA & Operations team to meet deadlines and ensure the build runs smoothly through the blockage process.

Key Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate all tasks in regards to PIA blockages in a timely manner to adhere to SLA's
Work via BTOR Portal to submit
Produce reports on all tasks when required
Assign updates to ULC & Subcontractors where needed and may effect build
Work with the Project Team to ensure the works are completed within the set time frames, all the relevant paperwork/photos are received from site
Provide timely and accurate responses to internal and external enquiries from both the Subcontractors and the Project Team

Qualifications:

Good level of IT skills including excel, and other Microsoft packages
Experience of working in the Telecommunications or similar industry
Adept at manipulating client tools/reports on a regular basis
Openreach Portal, Build Completion & Business Central skills are advantageous but not essential

Additional Information:

Previous experience working on the Openreach portal is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
Must be highly computer literate including Microsoft Office and confident in managing and working with large data sets
This job is a full-time permanent role, 8am-5pm Monday to Friday from our Widnes Office
