Job Title: PIA Blockage Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PIA Blockage Coordinator to join our team at United Living Infrastructure Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for reviewing and submitting A55's for blockages found to Openreach across all opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and submit A55's for blockages found to Openreach
  • Gather all photo evidence needed to submit to Openreach correctly first time
  • Update Openreach Systems
  • Access PIA Criteria Portal with requests for areas of work
  • Track and report the progression of orders

Working with the Team:

You will work closely with the PIA and Operations team to meet deadlines and ensure the build runs smoothly through the blockage process. You will identify any potential issues and work to prevent future occurrences.

Requirements:

  • Good level of IT skills, including Excel and other Microsoft packages
  • Experience of working in the Telecommunications or similar industry
  • Adept at manipulating client tools and reports
  • Openreach Portal, Build Completion, and Business Central skills are advantageous but not essential

Additional Information:

  • Previous experience working on the Openreach portal is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
  • Must be highly computer literate, including Microsoft Office, and confident in managing and working with large data sets
  • This is a full-time permanent role, 8am-5pm Monday to Friday from our Widnes Office
