Job Summary

The PIA Coordinator will be responsible for administering duties to close due to expire NOI's with Openreach across opportunities nationwide on behalf of our clients. The successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day maintenance of the NOI journey and eventually learn how to place orders with Openreach directly using their portal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all tasks in regards to PIA and NOI's.
  • Close NOI's where needed gathering all evidence in a timely manner in order to adhere to SLA/KPI.
  • Gather evidence needed for Network adjustments to be submitted to BTOR.
  • Produce reports on all tasks when required.
  • Assign updates to ULC & partners where needed and where may effect build.
  • Complete Build Completion Packs within set SLA's.
  • Complete Whereabouts within set SLA's.
  • Work with the Project Team to ensure the works are completed within the set time frames, all the relevant paperwork/photos are received from site, including regular contact with partners also.
  • Submitting daily and weekly whereabouts to the Client and the Openreach portal.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to internal and external enquiries from both the partners and the Project Team.
  • General support administration as requested.
  • Progress meetings.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Health and Safety Responsibilities

  • Set a good example to others by working safely.
  • Take reasonable care of yourself and any other person who may be affected by your actions and omissions.
  • Adept at manipulating client tools/reports on a regular basis.
  • Openreach Portal, Build Completion & Business Central skills are advantageous but not essential.
  • IT Qualifications.

Requirements

  • Good level of IT skills including excel, and other Microsoft packages.
  • Experience of working in the Telecommunications or similar industry.
  • Highly computer literate including Microsoft Office and confident in managing and working with large data sets.
  • This job is a full-time permanent role, 8am-5pm Monday to Friday from our Widnes Office.
