About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Structural Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team at Pick Everard. As a key member of our structural engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical and commercial structural solutions across a diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage projects across various sectors, including health, education, commercial, custodial, and residential.
  • Deliver high-quality structural solutions, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and end-users, to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Utilize structural engineering modeling, analysis, and design software, such as Tekla Structural Designer, Tedds, and STAAD Pro, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM360.
  • Manage day-to-day control of resourcing, programming, planning, and costs.
  • Develop and maintain excellent report writing and presentation skills.
