About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Child Care Worker to join our team. As a Senior Child Care Worker, you will be responsible for supporting young people in our residential care settings, including helping with daily tasks, promoting independence, and building relationships.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- A level 3 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce is essential for this role.
- Recent experience working in Children's Residential Care as a Support Worker or Senior Support Worker is also required.
- A full UK driving licence is necessary for this position.
Salary and Benefits:
- We pay a competitive salary of £24,500 - £27,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
- In addition to your salary, you will also receive a Christmas bonus, Blue Light Card, colleague referral scheme with cash rewards, financial wellbeing service, life assurance, and option to buy and sell annual leave.
