Support Worker for Children with SEN

We are seeking a dedicated and caring support worker to join our team of Teaching Assistants. This role is ideal for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs (SEN).
Job Summary: As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide support to students with varying levels of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, Learning Difficulties, and Physical Disabilities.
About Us: Our client schools cater for children between 4-19 years old, providing a supportive environment for students to thrive. We offer flexible work arrangements to suit your needs.
Responsibilities:
- Support students with SEN in various learning activities
- Build trust and rapport with students, parents, and teachers
- Assist with personal care, if required, but this is not essential
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or adults with SEN
- Patient, resilient, and empathetic individual
- Flexible and adaptable approach
- Ability to manage behavioral challenges
Salary: £22,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
