Senior Care Assistant Role

This position requires a kind-hearted individual who can lead by example, demonstrating empathy, patience, and understanding towards our residents. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will oversee daily tasks, manage a team of Care Assistants, and ensure seamless care delivery.
You will work closely with the Registered Nurse to plan and implement individualized care plans, focusing on each resident's unique needs and preferences. This may involve assisting with medication administration, participating in recreational activities, and providing emotional support to residents and their families.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of Care Assistants
- Coordinating daily care routines
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Administering medication as required
- Maintaining accurate records of resident care
