Resident Care Manager Role

We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Lead Care Team Member to join our care team and provide excellent care to our residents.
This role involves working closely with the care team to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our residents.
The successful candidate will have experience in care and be able to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents.
- Support and mentor Care Assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Lead the care team by example, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
The annual salary for this role is approximately £29,400 (based on 40 hours per week at £14.07 per hour), with opportunities for additional earnings through overtime.
