Resident Care Facilitator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care and Support Specialist. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, supporting them with their daily needs and enhancing their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans, tailored to meet individual residents' needs and preferences.
- Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, ensuring residents' comfort and safety.
- Support residents with their meals, snacks, and drinks, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
- Engage residents in leisure activities, stimulating their minds and promoting social interaction.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care plans and progress, ensuring effective communication with colleagues and families.
Requirements:
- A caring and compassionate nature, with a genuine interest in working with older adults.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and families.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, ensuring 24/7 care provision.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, adhering to data protection guidelines.
