About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Care and Support Worker to join our team at Strode Park House in Herne, Kent. As a Lead Care and Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services to our residents.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or a willingness to work towards this within 12 months of being in post. They will also have direct or indirect experience of disability or supporting those with disabilities, basic computer skills, and flexibility to meet the working pattern demanded by this role.

As a Lead Care and Support Worker, you will be responsible for supervising the care team, supporting with the administration of medication to residents, and maintaining and completing clear and comprehensive records. You will also play a vital part in providing the people we support with care and be able to profoundly improve their quality of life.

Requirements
