About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Mobility Expert Director to join our National Employer Solutions department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing advisory and compliance services to a wide range of clients, building strong relationships and aiding senior members of staff in client work and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a dedicated team, delegating tasks while mentoring, supporting, and nurturing their professional growth.
  • Actively work across multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring a premium client service is consistently provided by managing day-to-day client relationships and expectations.
  • Lead the successful delivery of advisory projects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical and commercial approach.
  • Lead the UK tax and social security compliance programs across a client portfolio, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate UK headquartered global mobility programs.
  • Work alongside Partners and Directors to develop new business and identify opportunities to expand on existing client work.
  • Handle day-to-day financial requirements of running a client portfolio and act as the first point of management within that process.
  • Coach, mentor, develop, and conduct appraisals of team members in a timely manner, identifying talent within the team and ensuring they are given stretching work and development opportunities.
  • Contribute positively to training and development activities of the team and more broadly across the office/firm, providing constructive feedback to develop and strengthen performance of team members.
  • Maintain an advanced level of technical knowledge through appropriate reading and courses, ensuring clients' tax affairs comply with statutory requirements and fulfilling professional bodies' CPD requirements.
