Key Responsibilities
  • Attend meetings with clients and prospects to demonstrate your technical knowledge and understand their needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and design tailored IT solutions.
  • Gather and analyze client information to build effective solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Produce comprehensive documentation, designs, and proposals for both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver technical presentations to internal teams and external clients to showcase solutions.
  • Work with internal teams to provide feedback on current products and contribute to the development of new offerings.
  • Create detailed scopes of work for project delivery teams and ensure the successful implementation of projects.
  • Offer technical solutions in a professional manner and within agreed timeframes.
  • Actively promote and provide quotes for managed services, support, and technical solutions.
  • Provide accurate and timely management information, activity reports, and forecasts.
  • Provide technical specialist support across various platforms, including Microsoft Server/365/Azure, HPe Server/Storage, Aruba Switching, Dell Server/Storage, SonicWALL Firewall/Switching, Ruckus Wi-Fi/Switching, and other leading specialist vendors.
Mandatory Skills
  • MS 365 and Azure: Design, architecting, and migrations (security, Endpoint Manager, Business Prem/E3 stack).
  • Virtualisation: VMWare vSphere, Hyper-V.
  • Storage – SANs: HP MSA/Nimble, Dell MD.
  • Windows Server and Active Directory.
  • Exchange Server and SQL Server.

  • Firewalling: Next-generation firewalls and perimeter security.
