IT Pre-Sales Consultant Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced IT Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team at In Technology Group Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and driving pre-sales activities from start to finish. Your primary focus will be on identifying new opportunities and delivering tailored IT solutions that meet customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Serve as the go-to expert for all IT sales queries and manage IT sales opportunities from discovery through to implementation.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including IT consultants, Account Managers, and the IT Technical Support Team to ensure smooth implementation.
* Attend sales meetings with prospective IT clients to help close deals and develop and deliver IT training for the Sales Team.
* Create marketing and sales materials, including writing blog posts and social media content for the IT vertical.

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role within IT.
* 2+ years of experience in IT support and as an IT Engineer.
* Strong expertise in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Technologies (Microsoft Azure), Networking Concepts (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Access Points), and Windows Operating Systems (Desktop and Server).
* Experience with Virtualisation Technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
* A results-oriented, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills.
