The Role: IT Pre-Sales Consultant
Are you an experienced IT sales professional ready to lead and drive pre-sales activities from start to finish? We are looking for an IT Pre-Sales Consultant to work closely with our Sales Team, identifying new opportunities and delivering tailored IT solutions that meet customer needs. You'll play a crucial role in translating technical requirements into actionable solutions and ensuring smooth implementation through collaboration with the delivery team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for IT and a desire to make a tangible impact on our customers' success.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the go-to expert for all IT sales queries.
Manage IT sales opportunities from discovery through to implementation.
Collaborate with internal teams, including IT consultants, Account Managers, and the IT Technical Support Team.
Attend sales meetings with prospective IT clients to help close deals.
Develop and deliver IT training for the Sales Team, coaching colleagues when needed.
Create marketing and sales materials, including writing blog posts and social media content for the IT vertical.About You:
Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role within IT.
2+ years of experience in IT support and as an IT Engineer.
Strong expertise in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Technologies (Microsoft Azure), Networking Concepts (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Access Points), and Windows Operating Systems (Desktop and Server).
Experience with Virtualisation Technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
A results-oriented, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills.What We Offer:
