Solihull's 'Business of the Year' award-winning company, MAN Commercial Protection, is seeking a Business Administration Apprentice to join their friendly and busy team based in Solihull.

This role will sit within the Vetting Team, working closely with the Vetting Manager to manage the 5-year BS7858 screening of the workforce, with general administrative duties, focusing on vetting and screening, and the onboarding of new starters.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new employees
  • Conducting 5-year vetting and screening in line with BS7858
  • Verifying right to work and legal documents
  • Issuing employment contracts
  • Maintaining employee personnel files
  • Adhering to GDPR and Privacy Regulations
  • Managing incoming and outgoing employee reference requests
  • Issuing employee ID cards

This is an office-based role in Solihull, West Midlands.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break.
