Business Administration Apprentice Role

Solihull's 'Business of the Year' award-winning company, MAN Commercial Protection, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Administration Apprentice to join our team.

This role will be based in our Solihull office and will involve working closely with our Vetting Manager to manage the 5-year BS7858 screening of our workforce, as well as performing general administrative duties with a focus on vetting and screening and the onboarding of new starters.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Conducting 5-year vetting and screening in line with BS7858
  • Verifying the right to work and legal documents
  • Issuing employment contracts
  • Maintaining employee personnel files
  • Ensuring adherence to GDPR and Privacy Regulations
  • Managing incoming and outgoing employee reference requests
  • Issuing employee ID cards

This is an office-based role in Solihull, West Midlands.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break.
