Are you a seasoned software development professional looking to take on a leadership role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead LAMP Developer Manager at Comparison Creator, a leading provider of outsourced solutions for product comparison websites.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced technical leader with a proven track record of delivering successful software projects on time and within budget.
  • You will provide technical expertise and guidance to a small team of 4 developers, overseeing day-to-day activities and ensuring efficient execution of projects.
  • Your key responsibilities will include staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the LAMP Stack ecosystem, providing technical leadership, process improvement, and team management.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years plus of experience as a team leader or manager for software development teams, preferably in a LAMP Stack environment.
  • Expertise in LAMP Stack technologies, knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and strong understanding of modern SDLC methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, DevOps).

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A hybrid working pattern, with two days spent in our shared office space based in Cwmbran, South Wales.
