About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our Psychology Department at Elysium Healthcare. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to our multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services to our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and expertise to the Psychology Department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services.
- Develop and implement clinical initiatives to improve service user outcomes.
- Supervise and support junior members of the team, ensuring their professional development and well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance staff safety and risk management.
Requirements
- Registered with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist and Charterable status with the British Psychological Society.
- Successful completion of a Doctorate level qualification in applied psychology.
- Competence in assessing, formulating, and working therapeutically with service users.
- Ability to identify and proactively resolve problems and challenges within the service.
- Ability to supervise junior members of the team.
