About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Psychologist to join our team at All Saints Hospital in Oldham. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and formulate treatment plans for service users with complex needs
  • Design and deliver specialist psychological treatment within mental health care services
  • Supervise and support junior members of the team
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of new initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support to clinical teams in creating reports and developing new initiatives
Requirements
  • Registration with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist and Charterable status with the British Psychological Society
  • Successful completion of a Doctorate level qualification in applied psychology
  • Competence in assessing, formulating, and working therapeutically with service users
  • Ability to identify and proactively resolve problems and challenges within the service
  • Experience in working with people with complex needs that are relevant to the population in the service area
