Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position starts at £42,250 for the first ten weeks, with a substantial increase to up to £60,000 per annum when you start working full-time in Winchester. Our comprehensive benefits package includes private medical insurance, enhanced sick pay, and a generous annual leave allowance. We also offer opportunities for professional development, including a £1,500 CPD allowance and 35 paid hours pro rata.
