A Career in Emergency Response

We are looking for talented individuals to fill Sponsored Reserve Firefighter roles at RAF Marham. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing Defence with a mission-critical service.

You will undergo deployments overseas for 4 months at a time, followed by 16 months in the UK before being redeployed. During this time, you will be required to support operations and exercises in potentially challenging environments.

To be eligible for this position, you must be a citizen of the UK or Republic of Ireland, holder of a dual UK/other nationality passport, or have been a Commonwealth citizen from birth. You should also have resided in the UK for 5 years immediately preceding your application.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also receive a range of benefits, including a company matched pension, life assurance, and Cycle2Work scheme.
