Property Negotiation Specialist

Your Move in Hinckley is seeking a highly motivated Property Negotiation Specialist to join our estate agency branch on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role is part of National Home Move, a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As a Property Negotiation Specialist, you will:

  • Register customers and carry out property matches for both Sales and Lettings properties
  • Generate and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers between all parties
  • Maximise branch income with the cross-sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
  • Display excellent customer service at all times

Full training will be provided, however, as a minimum, you will need to evidence relevant transferable skills such as previous targeted sales experience and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

In return, we offer:

  • On-Target Earning (OTE) Pay £20,000 - £23,000 per annum
  • Basic salary from £19,000 depending on experience
  • 6 months guaranteed commission pay
  • 5-day working week, to include Saturdays on rota
  • Pension Scheme
  • Career Progression

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office-based.
