Logistics Broker

Accept Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated **Logistics Broker/Sub Con Trader** for our client based in Hinckley, LE10.

This role offers an annual salary of £36,960 plus bonus incentives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and secure new business opportunities by converting warm leads.
- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and cost understanding.
- Utilize excellent negotiation skills to achieve targets and deliver results under pressure.

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday, 0900-1800 (with flexibility).

On-call duty required one week in every six.

**Key Skills**:

- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve goals.
- Proactive and able to take initiative in duties.
- Manage and convert a database of prospect clients effectively.
- Organized, consistent, and adaptable in approach.

**Personality Traits**:

- Confident and sociable, with excellent rapport-building abilities.
- Persuasive and capable of fostering strong relationships.

**Benefits**:
Competitive Salary**: £36,960 per annum.**

Bonus: Up to **£5000** annually.

Holidays: 22 days plus 8 bank holidays, with an additional day over Christmas.
