Estate Agent Negotiator

Your Move in Hinckley is seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent Negotiator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role is part of a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

  1. Register customers and carry out property matches for both sales and lettings properties.
  2. Generate and conduct property viewings.
  3. Negotiate offers between all parties.
  4. Maximise branch income with the cross-selling of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
  5. Display excellent customer service at all times.

Full training will be provided, however, as a minimum, you will need to evidence relevant transferable skills such as previous targeted sales experience and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

In return, we offer:

  1. On Target Earning (OTE) Pay £20,000 - £23,000 per annum.
  2. Basic salary from £19,000 depending on experience.
  3. 6 months guaranteed commission pay.
  4. 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on a rota.
  5. Pension Scheme.
  6. Career Progression.

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving license and have access to your own vehicle.

The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office-based.
