About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our team at Scout Financial Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mortgage brokers and ensuring a smooth customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with customers, lenders, estate agents, solicitors, and brokers to progress cases from application to completion.
  • Submit new business to lenders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the brokers within your team to ensure seamless communication and case progression.
  • Identify opportunities to increase earnings through the sale of additional products and services.
