Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to join our team at Bellway Homes. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, materials, and overheads
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in site management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
