About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring that our residents receive a high level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the property, ensuring that all facilities and services are provided to a high standard.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and organize events and activities for our residents, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
  • Manage the administration of the site, including the maintenance of records and reports.
  • Work closely with our Area Manager and other colleagues to ensure that our residents receive a seamless and high-quality service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with people of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
