About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lodge Manager at Bower Lodge, a stunning new development of 48 one and two bedroom retirement apartments in the West Midlands.

As a Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to our Home Owners, managing the maintenance of the property, and coordinating activities and events. You will be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.

We are looking for someone with a passion for excellent customer service, a love of people, and a background in administration and customer service. You will have the ability to work independently, use your own initiative, and be calm under pressure. Previous experience in similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors would be an advantage.
