Senior Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join our successful Manchester team at Brandon James.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide expert advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of commercial properties. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop professional services skills, including condition reports, acquisition surveys, party wall advice, defect analysis, and measured surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on commercial property design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment
  • Develop professional services skills, including condition reports, acquisition surveys, party wall advice, defect analysis, and measured surveys
  • Work closely with the Manchester team to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Contribute to business development and growth initiatives

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualification preferred
  • Management and business development experience a bonus
  • Previous consultancy experience
  • Commercial property experience
