Senior Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join our team at Brandon James in Manchester. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a range of building surveying services to our clients across various sectors, including education, housing, and retail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out building surveying services, including project and professional work, for public and private sector clients.
  • Support the development and APC progression of Graduate and Assistant level team members.
  • Contribute to business development and commercially-minded activities.
  • Produce high-quality reports and communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in a similar consultancy environment.
  • MRICS qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong business development and commercially-minded skills.
  • Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills.
