Senior Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join our Manchester team at Brandon James. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading a variety of projects across sectors including MoD, MoJ, industrial & warehouse, and office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects across multiple sectors, including MoD, MoJ, industrial & warehouse, and office
  • Work closely with a sociable and close-knit team to deliver professional services, including dilapidations, condition reports, party wall, defect analysis, measured surveys, and acquisition surveys
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in building surveying, with a strong track record of project delivery
  • MRICS qualification or equivalent
  • Previous consultancy experience is beneficial
