About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Resident Experience Manager to join our team at an NHS care home. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and support that meets their individual needs and preferences.

You will work closely with our residents and their families to develop tailored activities programmes that promote their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. As a Resident Experience Manager, you can expect a competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme and professional development opportunities.
