HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented operational HR professional to manage key HR functions within our organisation.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
  1. Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and facilitating smooth onboarding.
  2. HR Administration and Systems Management: Oversee the administration of employee records, contracts, and compliance with legal and organisational standards.
  3. Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing on a monthly basis, adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
  4. Vendor and Recruitment Agency Management: Build and manage relationships with external vendors and recruitment agencies.

A typical day may include reviewing job requisitions, coordinating with hiring managers, updating employee records, preparing payroll information, engaging with recruitment agencies, and generating reports on recruitment metrics.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing operational HR functions, HRIS systems, and external partnerships, while contributing to a positive employee experience.

Estimated Salary: £35-£45 per hour. Benefits include competitive daily rate, hybrid working, and free access to a gym if working from Thames Valley Park.
