We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing service delivery across the firm, ensuring managers are meeting expectations, deadlines, and budgets. This includes leading initiatives through to completion, responsible for project management and due diligence, managing work in progress reporting and aligning workflow with key performance indicators, providing updates to partners, and collaborating with other departments to ensure clients receive a comprehensive service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee service delivery across the firm, ensuring managers are meeting expectations, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Lead initiatives through to completion, responsible for project management and due diligence.
  • Manage work in progress reporting and align workflow with key performance indicators, providing updates to partners.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure clients receive a comprehensive service.
  • Provide appraisals, training and development for colleagues and team members.
  • Represent the firm at networking and business events, identifying new business opportunities.
