Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our restaurant and drive business results. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective leadership strategies, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and maximizing sales and profit growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and maximize sales and profit growth.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment, training, and development strategies to build a high-performing team.
  • Manage labour scheduling to budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory levels, and waste budgets to maximize profitability.
  • Review and implement development plans for Shift Leaders, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Lead the team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction metrics and audit results.
  • Ensure all drivers are onboarded in line with company procedure and maintain accurate records.
Salary and Benefits
