Nurse Unit Manager Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified nurse to join our team as a Nurse Unit Manager in one of our care homes in Liverpool. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management of the care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and carers to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making improvements where necessary.
Requirements:
  • Qualified nurse with experience in a care setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
